Responsibilities
This position will be based in Monroe, NC, and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home). This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, performance bonus, PTO, 401K with company match, and comprehensive medical benefits.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of field technicians and service business personnel.
- Develop engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids, to support the learning needs of employees.
- Lead the development and enhancement of comprehensive onboarding programs aimed at improving retention, particularly focusing on employees in their first 12 months of employment.
- Collaborate with HR team and management teams to identify and address retention challenges, implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and self-paced modules, ensuring content is delivered effectively and consistently.
- Develop metrics and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and leadership development, with a strong background in designing and delivering training programs.
- Demonstrated experience or exposure to service-oriented businesses, particularly those with field technicians or similar roles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful onboarding programs, with a focus on improving retention rates.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Ability to think strategically and align training initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Position is on-site a minimum of three days a week with the flexibility to be on-site up to five days a week depending on business needs.
