Reporting to the Executive Chief of Human Relations, the Training and Development Coordinator will lead and design district-wide professional development and training strategies. This role will set the vision, oversee the strategy, and set ambitious goals for the training and development of the district employees.. The Training and Development Coordinator plays a critical role in leading the district’s strategy to train, develop, and retain talent for roles district-wide with an embedded focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Master’s degree strongly preferred
Experience Required
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in employee training and development
Minimum of three (3) demonstrated project management experience
Diversified experience developing, designing and implementing training of large initiatives with varied stakeholders
Terms Of Employment
Twelve-month year (July 1 to June 30)
