About The Role
We are seeking a talented and engaging Trainer and Educator to join our expanding team of Collaborative Partners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering high-quality learning materials and programs tailored to meet the needs of our trainees. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our visibility and attracting candidates to join the team, while also amplifying our message through training programs and videos that promote inner and human connection.
Responsibilities
Develop & Deliver Learning Programs: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative learning programs that cater to specific trainee requirements.
Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in relevant learning areas as needed.
Instructional Design: Apply innovative instructional principles to create clear, concise, and effective learning experiences.
Delivery Methods: Utilize diverse virtual delivery methods that cater to various learning styles.
Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement assessments to evaluate trainee progress and measure program effectiveness.
Learner Engagement: Foster interactive learning environments that encourage active participation and retention.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the learning field, infusing content with creativity and innovation.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Collaborative Partners, subject matter experts, designers, and stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Trainer and Educator.
Expertise: Strong subject matter expertise in relevant learning fields.
Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging learning programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively engage learners.
Methodologies: Familiarity with various instructional models and adult learning principles.
Technology: Proficiency in using and creating Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Innovation: Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to ongoing program improvement.
Advantageous: Familiarity with Scrum and Sprint principles.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team of like-minded Collaborative Partners.
