About the Job

• Manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to successfully complete various traffic and ITS engineering projects.
• Lead recruitment, client management and business development efforts to grow the practice.
• Design and implement traffic impact studies, conduct capacity analysis, and oversee signal design/timing, as well as lighting and signing.
• Provide guidance on local regulations and rules and assist in developing junior team members.

What Are They Looking For?

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• 6+ years of experience with Traffic engineering.
• Knowledge of software such as Synchro and HCS etc.
