As a Traffic Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of vehicular traffic within our parking facility. Responsibilities include implementing parking guidance systems, optimizing traffic flow, managing entry and exit points, and overseeing customer interactions.   • Develop and implement strategies to efficiently manage the flow of vehicles within the garage or parking facility.
  • Ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles, preventing congestion and optimizing space usage.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting drivers with parking information, payment procedures, and any other inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns related to parking and traffic issues.
  • Monitor the garage premises for security and safety, reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
