We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Traffic Director to manage the scheduling and coordination of broadcast content.

As the Traffic Director, you will be responsible for the accurate scheduling and coordination of all broadcast content. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all commercial spots, programs, and promotions are correctly placed and aired as scheduled. You will work closely with various departments to manage the traffic system and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

You will work closely with various departments to manage the traffic system and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all broadcast content, including commercial spots, programs, and promotions.
- Maintain and update the traffic system to ensure accurate and timely placement of content.
- Work closely with the sales, programming, and production teams to manage schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor the broadcast log to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Prepare and distribute daily broadcast logs and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content scheduling and placement.
- Ensure all content is correctly timed and meets quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all broadcast content and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in traffic management or broadcast operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in traffic management software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts.
