  • Complete settlements for distressed and par bank debt trades on both domestic and international levels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate review of trade confirmations and assignment agreements.
  • Coordinate necessary internal transfer documents and funding memos.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and interpreting underlying Credit Agreements.
  • Manage the settlement process for private security transactions.
  • Navigate complex restructurings efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Trading Desk to validate the accuracy of daily trading activities.
  • Maintain system accuracy regarding various financial transactions such as interest payments, contract rollovers, paydowns, PIK’s, drawdowns, and restructures.
  • Supervise participations and collateral payments.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliation and review of P&I cash for specific CLO/Warehouses, working closely with Trustees and Administrators to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Analyze and evaluate CLO compliance tests for monthly report determination and waterfall distributions.
  • Resolve trade settlement issues and ensure position accuracy by interacting with external counterparties, agents, trustees, and administrators.
  • Monitor daily cash reconciliations and address any discrepancies with external parties as necessary.
