Location and Salary range:

  • Los Angeles, CA: $225,000 to $300,000 annually

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this role may qualify for additional performance-based compensation, contingent upon factors such as work performance, geographic location, experience, education, and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

Our client seeks a trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation associate for their Los Angeles office, with potential for fully remote work.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling. This includes drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery processes, preparing and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, collaborating with experts, and developing litigation strategies
  • Trial experience is advantageous

Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence for state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
