Claims Supervisor - Total Loss (Auto)

We are looking for an experienced Claims Supervisor - Total Loss (Auto) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 -3 year in a management role and be experience in Total Loss Auto Claims. As the Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the total loss claims process to ensure client satisfaction is maintained.

Position Overview: The Claims Supervisor - Total Loss (Auto) is responsible for managing the Total Loss Representatives, including evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of total loss claims. Establish and monitor goals, plan unit workflow and monitor claim assignments, promote teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the total loss claims process to ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
• Develop and implement improved processes and procedures for managing total loss claims.
• Review and adjust total loss claims to ensure accuracy.
• Provide support and guidance to claims staff.
• Monitor and review total loss claims activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a management role
• Experienced with Auto Claims and Total Loss.
• Has worked with Stream, Image Right, and/ or MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a hybrid role with 4 days in office required
