Job Description
Insight Global is looking for REMOTE Commercial and Residential Title Examiners to work a large mortgage title insurance company. This employee will be searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of residential, commercial, or industrial property title. They will copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. They will work independently to examine title to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. Projects undertaken can range from simple parcels requiring a few hours of production time to commercial properties that may take days or even weeks to complete. This role is fully remote but ideally sits in the state of expertise when it comes to examining the titles.
