We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Title Closing Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating the closing of real estate transactions, ensuring that all closing requirements are met, and all parties involved in the transaction are well-informed and communicated with through exceptional client service.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate the closing process for real estate transactions in Andover, MN, US, which includes preparing closing documents, scheduling closings, and liaising with all stakeholders involved
• Evaluate and review title commitments and surveys meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to facilitate a seamless and efficient closing process
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have during the closing process
• Ensure all closing documents adhere to legal requirements, are accurate, and complete
• Maintain precise records of all closing transactions
• Execute any other tasks delegated by management
  
  

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the title or real estate industry, specifically focusing on closing coordination/processing.
• Strong familiarity with real estate closing procedures is essential, including knowledge of title commitments, surveys, and closing documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with all parties involved in the closing process.
• The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software programs is a must-have for this role.
