Seeking a licensed therapist to join a leading mental health organization in Maryland. This position offers a flexible remote or hybrid working schedule.
Job Requirements
Fully licensed in the state of Maryland (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing therapy to adult, young adult, and/or adolescent populations
Experience treating patients with anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions
Proficiency in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and crisis intervention
Strong clinical knowledge and effective communication skills
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate outpatient mental health therapy
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities with patients
