Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Therapist to join our Behavioral Healthcare Centers team. As a Remote Therapist, you will conduct individual counseling sessions using the Doxy platform, facilitate remote group sessions, and collaborate with human service providers to integrate comprehensive services.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct remote individual counseling sessions via the Doxy platform.
Facilitate remote group sessions following established models.
Collaborate with staff to ensure all clients are checked in for billing purposes.
Review weekly productivity reports, identify performance gaps, and make necessary adjustments.
Provide written and verbal reports on performance gaps to the Behavioral Health Community Programs Clinical Director weekly.
Assist in promoting behavioral health services within the community.
Flexibility to work some evenings, one weekend a month, and during special events or presentations.
Attend all scheduled meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentials required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer use and various software programs.
Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback, flexible in scheduling, and dedicated to youth-focused human services.
Other Qualifications
High-speed internet access at home office as specified by company IT standards.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Availability to work some late evening hours until 7:30 p.m. and one-half Saturday per month.
