We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios using Selenium automation tool.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, record, prioritize, and track defects using defect tracking tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
Perform manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to project teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tester, QA Engineer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium.
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
