As a Test Lead for a Team Center upgrade project, your responsibilities would typically include:

Planning and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive test plan outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for the Team Center upgrade testing phase.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration among team members.

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements for the upgraded Team Center system, ensuring that testing aligns with business needs.

Test Design and Documentation: Create test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the system's features and functionalities.

Execution Oversight: Supervise the execution of test cases, monitoring progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolution of defects and discrepancies.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of the upgraded Team Center system.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with the upgrade process, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.

Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions through status reports and meetings.

Coordination with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring smooth integration of fixes and enhancements.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the upgraded Team Center system, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new features and functionalities.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of future upgrades.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure comprehensive documentation of test artifacts, processes, and outcomes, facilitating knowledge transfer and future reference for maintenance and further upgrades.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.

Ability to follow test plans and execute test cases thoroughly to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Mandatory requirements

Work in Lisle, office 3 days a must

Knowledge of PLM Team Center mandatory and working experience is a MUST
