Territory Business Manager (NYC & Westchester)

We are currently partnered with biopharmaceutical company that is seeking a Territory Business Manager to join their company. This role will be responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within the NYC & Westchester Country area. Their focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

• Direct customer facing interaction and execution of brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization
• Use of knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize results at the territory level
• High level of collaboration with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong use of internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results
• Identifying opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business
• Responsible for understanding the opportunities unique to the geography

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 4+ years within industry (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical)
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
• Ability to travel: 80% within assigned territory and 20% overnights and / or weekend events (as needed)

The annual base salary range is $160,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
