We are seeking applications for a non-tenure track term instructor position anticipated to begin in August 2024.
Position Overview
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in teaching asynchronous online courses, emphasizing multicultural proficiency and the ability to cover various areas of psychology. Preferred expertise includes statistics and research methods.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses across multiple modalities with a commitment to interactive and technology-driven learning.
Contribute to the department's mission of multiculturalism and diversity in teaching.
Engage actively in a collaborative and innovative faculty environment.
Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Psychology or related field by the appointment start date (August 2024). ABD candidates will be considered but must have completed their PhD by the appointment date.
Experience teaching asynchronous online courses and familiarity with diverse teaching technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in statistics and research methods.
Previous experience integrating multiculturalism and diversity into coursework.
