The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. The TENx10 Senior Director of Partnerships will serve a vital role on the TENx10 team, ensuring TENx10 fulfills its mission. The TENx10 Senior Director of Partnerships will be a seasoned church or ministry leader who will work closely with the TENx10 Executive Director and Sr Leader team to build strategic relationships with diverse and influential leaders in various organizational, denominational, and regional contexts, foster and host leader gatherings, and speak on behalf of the movement. This role will focus on developing both existing and new partnerships, ensuring a diverse representation of partners across the nation, and mobilizing all towards the mission of TENx10.
Essential Functions
Partnerships
Develop and execute a strategy to strengthen, scale, and diversify TENx10 partnerships with a wide range of churches and ministries, denominations, organizations, and other ministry networks.
Oversee processes to bolster and support partner engagement.
Ensure that TENx10’s values for diversity, equity, inclusion and justice are prioritized and integrated in related procedures and processes.
Collaborate consistently with the TENx10 Team to develop and implement strategies for TENx10 partnerships, training resources, conferences, and in-person and/or virtual training, as well as help to expand current training efforts.
Collaborate closely with the TENx10 Marketing and Communications Director and TENx10 Resource Director in recruiting and marketing efforts for TENx10’s initiatives and assist partners in their efforts to recruit locally, regionally, or nationally. Also recruit for other events and training as directed.
Create processes, systems, and structures for managing partnerships, working closely with the Sr Leadership and Partnership Teams
Create strategies for contextualized mobilization of partners to further the mission
Serve as a key point of contact for the majority of ministry leaders interested in partnering with TENx10.
Regularly represent (or help manage) TENx10 at on-campus or off-campus events, including travel.
Team leadership
Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that partners are activated in the proper manner and direction.
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to lead, strategize and manage the TENx10 staff team and mission
Lead the Partnerships Team
Recruit, hire, and supervise project staff and contractors as necessary to accomplish the overall project goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Skills Required
MA in a related field required; MDiv, MBA, DMin and/or PhD preferred.
Bachelor or master degree in business administration, organizational leadership, non-profit management, or comparable degree (or minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a business or organization)
10-15 years of related experience. Experience in ministry to youth and/or families, and/or in a denomination or ministry training organization preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leadership with a fast-growing organization, particularly with sustained growth of at least 10% per year for more than five years.
Experience developing offerings suited for a changing landscape of church and culture
Ability to represent Fuller with theological robustness, relational savvy, and strategic foresight with foundations, donors, the marketplace, and within the Fuller ecosystem
5+ years of experience in African American, Asian/Asian American, Pacific Islander, Latine, or ethnically and racially diverse ministry to youth, young adults, and/or families preferred, including demonstrated excellence in leading efforts of inclusion and equity.
Strong relational skills and ability to build relationships, manage teams, and work effectively with diverse staff.
Excellent communication skills required, by phone, email, social media, and in person. Ability to write clearly and effectively an absolute must.
Experience in customer relationship management. Broad computer and Internet knowledge and skills required; experience with Salesforce CRM software preferred.
Experience with AGILE or other project management tools preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment—the ability to initiate, prioritize, maintain, and complete both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously.
Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, initiating, and show a strong level of strategic thinking.
Servant leadership and a team attitude are vitally important to the work ethos of TENx10.

Pay Scale
Salary range the seminary expects to pay: $84,000 - $90,000 annually USD
