Tenant Construction Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate

Are you experienced working in commercial retail construction or working for a property ownership on their construction team? This position will be handling compliance for new and remodeling projects for a retail tenant. Individual will be managing and coordinating the project scheduling process in support of the Construction Team. Position will base in office in downtown Boston, with one day a week hybrid, outside of time traveling. Responsibilities:

• Interfacing and meeting with Construction Managers to understand upcoming projects
• Abstracting leases for construction timelines and dates
• Managing construction timelines to track completion of various phases within the process
• Preparing reporting on projects that are behind to inform Construction Management, so they can determine a solution to meet the dates
• Ensuring compliance with lease for construction buildouts and TI's
• Interfacing with vendors in follow up on timelines to communicate back with Construction Management
• Managing compliance on subs, as needed
• Building out schedule of jobs, and updating tracking
• Supporting Construction Manager with related
• Assisting Managers with developing a plan to expedite construction project when needed, or identify what is delayed
• Managing volume of compliance for lease and construction projects

Must Have:

• 3+ years in commercial Construction or Tenant Coordinator role
• 1+ year of lease abstracting/review
• MS Office Proficient
• BA or BS ideal
• Very team oriented and willing to learn
