Job Description Summary

Fenwick is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Staff Talent Development Coordinator to join our growing Staff Talent Development team. This role is essential in supporting the development and execution of all learning initiatives for the firm’s staff and leadership professionals. Reporting to the Staff Talent Development Manager, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for organization, a curious mindset and experience with digital tools and platforms. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations.

Job Description

  • Serve as a central point of contact for scheduling training sessions, designing calendar invites, managing registrations and attendance data, and coordinating all program logistics.
  • Coordinate course enrollment end-to-end through Outlook and our learning management system (“LMS”), including conference room reservations, calendaring, internal advertising and invites, pre- and post-work assignments, attendance tracking, surveys, and reporting.
  • Create courses on our LMS by uploading recorded training videos, adding relevant course materials, and tracking attendance for business professionals who complete courses and on the system.
  • Work directly with A/V team to communicate A/V needs, obtain training video links, assist with virtual set-ups, and ensure that all technical requirements are met for hybrid training programs.
  • Draft training key takeaways and summaries for select programs and meetings.
  • Create and distribute monthly Leadership Connection and Staff Learning & Development Newsletters including researching, gathering, and summarizing learning resources, tools and webinars.
  • Design, maintain and ensure the Staff Talent Development page is up to date with latest resources on the firm’s internal intranet.
  • Take ownership of various talent project timelines, track progress on initiatives and project plans using SmartSheet, advise on necessary lead time and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with multiple offices, practice groups and other Firm internal functions on cross-departmental projects.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assist with other HR and talent development administrative department duties, projects and assignments as needed.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and SmartSheet.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while staying focused and organized.
  • Strong effective listening skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work with a strong attention to detail while maintaining a client service focus.
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter that demonstrates ownership, commitment to the job, initiative and strong work ethic.

The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional services environment and/or relevant experience in human resources, learning and development, talent development, talent management or business relevant roles a plus. Bachelor's degree required.

The Anticipated Range For This Position Is

$66,000 - $87,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
