We are looking for a motivated remote sales professional to join our team as a Telesales/Enrollment Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our specialized real estate coaching programs over the phone. Ideal candidates will excel in closing sales, particularly with high-end products, and possess a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize telesales techniques to engage with warm inbound leads and effectively communicate the benefits of our coaching programs.
Close sales and achieve revenue targets, with opportunities for high earnings based on performance.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for prospective clients.
Participate in regular team meetings via Zoom and maintain high standards of performance and accountability.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket items.
Basic understanding of the real estate market is required.
Must be based in the US or Canada.
Full-time availability during standard business hours (9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday), with occasional weekend availability preferred.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive OTE (On Target Earnings) of $6,000 - $10,000+ per month within 60-90 days for high performers.
Top closers have the potential to earn $18,000+ monthly.
Base pay ranges from $72,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission based on performance.

Education And Experience
