Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field experience and/or certifications in telephony integration
Must possess a minimum of three years of related Telecommunications Analyst or Administrator experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to telecommunications, networking, and connectivity.
Full understanding of the role of telecommunications and computer networking and Information Technology in a manufacturing organization.
Must have the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience,
Knowledge of IP Protocols, TCP/IP, SRST, SIP, RPT, CODEC (G.711, G,729).
Must have extensive knowledge of carrier circuits and topology and VOIP/SIP technologies.
Powershell, Microsoft Office365, Wireshark, Cisco UCM and Avaya Systems experience a plus.
