Position Details
We are seeking a Central Office Telecom Equipment Installation Technician IV (Lead) in Los Angeles, California. The compensation ranges from $60k to $85k annually, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This role requires a high school diploma, associate degree in Electronics or related field, and at least 5 years of central office equipment installation experience.

5+ years of central office equipment installation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel between job sites
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
As the Lead Equipment Installer, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for major carriers. Responsibilities include conducting audits, quality inspections, and customer interactions. You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, service activation, and compliance with safety regulations.
