Technology Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Manager in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities:

• Technology Manager will collaborate with teams across the organization to build strategic plans and roadmaps
• Drive individual project impacts, standards for machine learning, and AI utilization
• Coach team and provide feedback
• Manage budget planning, estimating costs, and track spend
• As a Technology Manager, you will ensure alignment and support for team objectives with stakeholders and Senior Leadership
• Deliver resilient and scalable technology solutions that solve for complex business problems
• Drive broader understanding of the use of machine learning and AI
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of software-engineering experience in an enterprise-level environment
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
• 3+ years of experience with microservices software architecture
• 3+ years leading the end-to-end design and development of scalable services
• 3+ years of experience building enterprise-level solutions with cloud technologies
• Experience with scripting languages, DevOps practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD, Model Development and Deployment, and container orchestration
• Proficient in developing in Python
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
