As our Technology Manager, you'll oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of our simulators and systems, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. Reporting to the Venue Director of Operations and collaborating with our national Director of Technology, you'll be the go-to expert on-site, managing tech-related issues and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Maintenance: Keep simulators and systems running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineers.
- Technical Coordination: Work with tech partners to ensure seamless operation across all systems.
- Communication & Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed and provide comprehensive tech status reports.
- Staff Training: Conduct training sessions to equip staff with essential tech knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ordering for all tech systems.
- Audits: Perform regular audits to maintain tech integrity.
Requirements:

Additionally, a minimum of three years' experience in tech management within customer-facing environments is required, along with proven management skills in high-pressure, live settings.
