Strong experience with Product Engineering using various platforms & technologies.
Experience in web based, desktop based and cross platform solutions.
Strong experience building solution architecture and designing technology solutions by evaluating various technologies and components.
Ability to think through customer problems and recommend innovative solutions.
Hands on experience in web technologies like Angular and cross platform solutions like ReactJS is preferred.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product direction.
Ability to drive and manage large teams with strong processes driven by SAFe etc.
Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is mandatory.
Any experience building competency center and center of excellence within the organization is preferred.
Experience conducting technology webinars is preferred.
Experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably customer success or account management, with a proven track record of high customer satisfaction and retention.
Create a strategic relationship with key stakeholders, including Engineers, Enterprise Architects, IT Directors and C-Level executives such as CDOs, CTOs and CIOs
Ability to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to key stakeholders and become their “trusted advisor”.
