As a Technology Integration Manager at Capital Gurus, you'll work closely with our Chief Technology Officer to ensure processes and technologies are in place to drive Capital Gurus forward throughout its growth face.

What You Will Own

  • Advanced Management of Phoning Systems:
  • Develop and execute advanced strategies for Five9 and AirCall phoning systems.
  • Lead the integration of these systems with various CRMs, notably Salesforce, enhancing communication and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly analyze system data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards for management, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive Affiliate Program Development:
  • Strategically expand and refine our affiliate program, targeting influential players in the industry.
  • Develop comprehensive systems for tracking affiliate performance, employing advanced analytics to highlight key contributors and areas for growth.
  • Innovate affiliate management practices, leveraging technology to enhance recruitment, retention, and productivity.
  • Facilitate technological support for affiliates, ensuring seamless integration and maximized performance.
  • Tech-Driven Employee Onboarding and Culture Integration:
  • Create and implement a structured, technology-focused onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop training modules and resources that align new employees with our technological tools and company culture.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to ensure they meet evolving business needs and tech advancements.
  • International Team Coordination and Support:
  • Act as the primary liaison for technology-related communications between teams in the US and the Philippines.
  • Coordinate training sessions and create resources to ensure both teams are equally proficient in technology use and processes.
  • Regularly report to management on the progress, challenges, and successes of international team collaborations.
  • Leading Technological Innovation and Efficiency:
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Implement tools and systems that enhance efficiency, particularly in sales and marketing.
  • Provide leadership in managing and optimizing tools such as Gong for improved communication and analytics.
  • Enhancing Lender Relationships Through Technology:
  • Work closely with lenders to streamline technological processes, such as API integration and efficient data sharing.
  • Negotiate and manage tech-based projects that benefit both our firm and our lenders.
  • Advanced Data Management and Analytical Reporting:
  • Develop sophisticated dashboards and reporting systems for comprehensive data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of manually inputted data in systems like Salesforce.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management based on data analysis.
  • Identifying Revenue Growth Opportunities:
  • Create and refine predictive models to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to uncover trends and insights that can drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement strategies based on these insights.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in technology management and systems integration.
  • Expertise in phoning systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
