Engagement Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) System Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, this resource will be responsible for the design, development, customization, implementation, and administration of solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform.
• This resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs.
  
  

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform / minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Java/J2EE development, including customization of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) workflows and connectors / minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Networking and Telecom concepts / minimum of 5 years of experience
  
  

Required Skills

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Experience and solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices (Governance and Administration, Access Management and Privilege Access Management) / minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) implementations from inception to completion / minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience on collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications / minimum of 5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other internal teams.
• Excellent SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
  

Education/Certifications – Include

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) preferred.
