Optomi, in partnership with a leader in enterprise technology, is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join a cutting-edge team focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role will play a crucial part in documenting and communicating technical information within a transformative IT initiative.

Experience of the right candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing for large-scale enterprises, with a focus on identity and access management, enterprise platforms, or collaboration ecosystems.
• Proven track record of contributing to transformational IT projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience in delivering solutions through sprint planning activities.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, system architecture diagrams, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Service Management, Organizational Change Management, Engineering, and Identity Operations to support functional and process changes related to IAM transformation.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and guidelines, maintaining accuracy and clarity throughout.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to reflect system changes, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives to enable stakeholders to effectively utilize IAM solutions.
