Primary Duties include: Serve as primary interface with federal customer’s Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) to help the organization design, develop and/or update privacy policies and procedures
Obtain clarity around specific deliverables, develop schedule in conjunction with the client and the Compass PM, maintain schedule and provide Weekly updates to the customer via Weekly Reports and/or meetings

Plicas and Procedures on Protection and Maintenance of PII
Policy on Minimization of Use of PII for Testing, Training, and Research
Press and Procedures Document on Determining Minimum PII Needed to Perform a Work Function
Process and Procedures Document for Protecting PII Used for Testing, Training, and Research
Privacy Impact Assessment Review Standard Operating Procedures
Privacy Policies
Update the Policies and Procedures Pursuant to the Privacy Act Directive
Desired Certifications and Experience includes:
Candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Government or US preferred, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
Candidate must have recent experience developing/updating similar privacy policies and procedures, preferable for a federal client
Candidate must have 8+ years of relevant experience
Candidate should have a bachelor's degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
Strong privacy background with strong understanding of privacy requirements for a federal organization
Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify and assess privacy risks and recommend appropriate remediation strategies
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change to accomplish assignments
Ability to work independently and work with federal SMEs
