Technical Support Specialist / Systems Engineer/Support Specialist

Role: Technical Support Specialist/Technical Support Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms – (Unix, Linux, Windows)
  • Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
  • Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
  • Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T
  • Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems).
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.
