Role: Technical Support Specialist/Technical Support Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms – (Unix, Linux, Windows)
Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T
Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems).
Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.
