Ringy is looking for technical support specialists to join our team. We are a fast growing tech company offering sales persons nationwide a CRM software. The role consists of assisting agents with questions and resolving issues regarding our software and other duties as assigned. Specific technical support specialist duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phone calls and emails; responding to customer questions, complaints and cancellation requests, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.

Responsibilities
Diligently answer client’s questions and concerns in our support queue with empathy and compassion
Eager to accept inbound calls
Occasionally participate in Webinars
Utilize meeting softwares such as Zoom
Manage customer relationships from initial contact through resolution
Onboarding new users after 6 months of support training
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience supporting customers
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Aptitude for Technology
Great attitude
Capability of working remote
