Our Client, a Global Data Analytics Company, is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Auburn Hills, MI!

Pay: $31.47/hour

***This Is A 6 Month Contract With Opportunity to Convert Or Extend!***

As the Vehicle Customer/Technical Support Specialist you will be part of team providing direct support to Audi dealers and an escalation path for customer concerns. You will be the primary point of contact to triage all IT problems, collaborate with third-party providers to ensure an appropriate solution is identified to mitigate issues, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and implement preventative measures to ensure best-in-class service.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5yrs Experience in a technical support role

Experience with automotive support or vehicle infotainment is a massive plus

Bachelors Degree

Ability to work 8 AM – 6 PM (hours subject to change based on business need)
