Hey there! We're on the lookout for an Onsite Support Technician who's ready to dive into the tech world with us. You'll be our go-to person for sorting out any IT issues that our awesome team members might run into. From fixing up laptops and desktops to troubleshooting phone problems, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role is 5 days in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face of tech support, helping out our team with any computer, phone, or remote access snags they encounter.
  • Keep an eye on the tech horizon, letting us know about any big problems and making sure our team stays in the loop.
  • Get hands-on with setting up new equipment for our awesome team members and making sure everyone's moves go off without a hitch.
  • Keep tabs on all our computer gear and make sure we've got everything we need to keep things running smoothly.
  • Be the wizard behind the curtain for our video conferencing and audiovisual setups, making sure they're always ready for action.
  • Be our tech superhero on call, ready to swoop in and save the day, even on nights, weekends, and holidays.


Skills We're Looking For:

  • You've got a good grasp of how computer networks tick, especially in a Microsoft environment.
  • You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with all sorts of desktop gadgets.
  • You've got experience with tools like the Microsoft Office suite, and you're no stranger to virtual support setups.


Qualifications:

  • Some technical training in networks and desktop systems would be great, along with at least four years of experience in desktop and support center roles.
  • You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, like the back of your hand.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and processes is a big thumbs-up.
