Job Title: Technical support

Required Experience

Need someone who is solid in Craft and Shopify

Craft / Shopify is a CMS (content management system) expert.

Website work -

  • Site architecture & navigation support
  • Structured data markup

We are looking for Technical support - CMS

Priority

  • Craft CMS knowledge & technical support/troubleshooting
    • Site architecture & navigation support
    • Structured data markup
    • Backlink audits at least twice a year
    • Update pages for where development work needed
  • Shopify CMS knowledge & technical support/troubleshooting
    • Including knowledge of shopify apps/plug ins where technical support needed
  • Basic GA4 knowledge & technical support/troubleshooting
  • Technical SEO: Schema changes/updates for SEO, indexing/sitemaps, script minification issues
  • Site speed issues: quarterly audit and implement any changes, e.g. logo resizing
  • Knowledge of latest US compliance laws as they pertain to privacy, cookies, accessibility, etc. and advise us of any changes needed to be compliant
  • Proficiency with tools linked to website: Cloudflare, Bullseye, Hotjar, GA4, Cloudways, Accessibe
