Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the performance of the technical service team, ensuring efficient installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of equipment.

Define clear roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring alignment with tasks and objectives.

Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to facilitate the professional development of team members.

Ensure strict compliance with safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Generate regular reports and updates for management, offering insights into team performance and project status.

Skills:

Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within technical services or a related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and excelling under pressure.

Proficiency with multidisciplinary systems and adeptness in troubleshooting and efficiently solving technical problems.

Qualifications:

Education in a relevant field, such as control technology, mechanics, or electricity.

Demonstrated experience in service calls and preventive maintenance.
