Job Title - Technical Sales Consultant
Location - 100% remote
Duration - 2 months (Contract to Hire)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Onboard and train healthcare providers on internal technology platforms. This includes developing and delivering training materials, conducting live sessions, and providing ongoing support.
Develop and maintain comprehensive training curriculum and materials. This includes creating clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and other resources that cater to different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Readiness & Adoption (R&A), and Knowledge Management (KM) teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product updates and best practices.
Troubleshoot common issues encountered by healthcare providers during training, system usage, and work with Provider IT teams to identify potential integration points between systems. This includes identifying and resolving error messages, data dependencies, and glitches, as well as understanding general tech capabilities well enough to identify potential integrations or enhancements to improve interoperability.
Demonstrate empathy and patience when working with healthcare providers of varying technical backgrounds and comfort levels. Be open to questions and provide clear, concise answers or escalate appropriately when necessary.
Stay informed about system changes and updates to ensure training materials and delivery remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong technical proficiency with learning and teaching systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information in a way that is easily understood by healthcare providers.
Experience in instructional design and development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Empathy and patience, with a willingness to meet learners where they are and address their individual needs.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.

At least 3 -5 yrs of relevant experience
