$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We're looking for a skilled, technical recruiter who can come in for 3-5 months and help us with an engineering hiring surge.
What you'll be doing
Source, interview, and close some key engineering roles
All the stuff that goes along with recruiting with results and relationships being key
We are looking to pay between $30 - $45 an hour for a full-time contract recruiter with the contract lasting 3 - 4 months
You bring the following required skills and experience
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
Proficient in Lever and other relevant software tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
A passion for building relationships and helping people find the right job
