Technical Recruiter
Our client, a Fortune 500 Fintech organization, is seeking a personable, dedicated, and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join their team! This role offers the opportunity to impact the Software team through growing their team and solving business needs internally.

As a pioneer in our tech journey and the first large bank to go all in on the public cloud, there were capabilities we had to build to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale that didn’t already exist in the marketplace.
Therefore, we developed a suite of internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale. Today, the Software team is exploring how these internal solutions across cloud, data, governance, and applications could serve the needs of other companies born or built in the cloud.
Who we are searching for:
We are looking for a tenacious and talented Recruiter to join our established Talent Acquisition Team. In this SaaS startup-type (B2B) environment, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process into this brand-new line of business. You will also be leaned on to provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in important projects that dramatically enhance the recruiting experience. Due to the entrepreneurial spirit required to thrive in this role, you will be intelligent about market trends and leverage recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating new and compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the Software talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
- Source premier candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and recruit the best talent in the highly competitive SaaS market
- Partner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
