Job Description

- Utilize the company database, internet resources, networking and other recruiting resources to establish a pool of highly skilled technical candidates.
- Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruiting life cycle, from sourcing to post-placement follow up.
- Identify and engage candidates by utilizing creative and innovative sourcing methods.
- Implement learned recruiting skills to screen and interview potential candidates.
- Focus relentlessly on providing a superior experience for both candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Attend networking events in order to engage potential talent, sharpen recruiting acumen, and promote our standard of industry-wide service and excellence.
- Proactively contribute input and feedback in order to drive success and refine best practices.
- Regularly engage with peers to foster a cooperative and competitive workplace.
- Disposition to sales, or a keen interest in understanding the sales and recruiting process
- Background in staffing and/or sales preferred
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and negotiating skills
- Strategic think with an ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
