Position Summary:

We are looking for a technical recruiter that has experience in the IT/engineering space.
Responsibilities:
Proficiently leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to execute targeted candidate searches, craft compelling outreach, manage pipelines, and analyze recruiting metrics, maximizing efficiency and optimizing the company's talent acquisition strategy
Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Conduct phone screens to thoroughly evaluate candidates
Have an involvement in the proposal and team innovation process by developing and pitching ideas
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
High energy, determination and resilience
Strong desire to be a top performer on a winning team
