WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for a versatile Project Manager who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a digital agency project manager with those of a product manager.


The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, be well-versed in agile and scrum methodologies, and be comfortable collaborating with developers, data scientists, and UX designers.


This role involves managing budgets, resources, timelines, statements of work (SOWs), and presenting to clients and high-level stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and product management projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.


Agile/Scrum Processes

  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Continuously improve project processes and methodologies to enhance team performance.


Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Present project updates, deliverables, and strategic recommendations to clients and high-level stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.


Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Understand technical challenges and work with the team to find effective solutions.
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and client needs.


Analytical Skills and Business Acumen

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategies.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
  • Utilize data to drive decision-making and measure project success.


Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial health of projects.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or product management environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to work closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and software development tools.
