About The Role

As a Technical Project Manager at Liven, you will lead complex solution architecture projects from conception to implementation, catering specifically to VIP clients. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and oversee the execution of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end technical solution architecture projects for VIP clients, from requirement gathering and analysis to solution design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to procure necessary resources and services for project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Must have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience working with clients or high-profile accounts in a technical capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, or Asana.
