Technical Project Manager

As Technical Project Manager you will manage project resources, including provisioning requirements and equipment needs, and document progress to ensure deadlines are obtained. Identify, test, troubleshoot and raise issues and changes tied to technical product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with Information Systems (IS) or other technical support teams, leading projects from start to finish.
• high analysis and problem-solving skills
• Must have experience with Omnichannel, Salesforce, RFID
• Test and troubleshoot system Malfunctions and escalate to developers accordingly.
• Oversee platform rollout, test/troubleshoot issues, and escalate to developers accordingly.
• Coordinating and communicating effectively with development teams, internal and external resources involved in projects.
• Technical Scrum Master for IS team to deliver solutions and support key Omnichannel initiatives.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure build, test, and release in a timely fashion.
• Experience understanding technologies at an enterprise-level.
• Find opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes.
• Actively identifying, managing, and raising issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
• Organized, diligent, proactive, and passionate.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with third parties, development, and product managers.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years IT experience with 2+ years of agile experience scrum master of development experience.
• Experience with JIRA
• Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related technology
• Technical delivery background with a good understanding of software engineering and technologies in a fast past environment.
• Experience in Retail industry a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification a plus.
• Annual potential salary range is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 based on experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and with offers 4 days on site.
