At Magnite, a DV+ Technical Operations Manager delivers technical support (e.g., onboarding, troubleshooting, new feature deployments, optimization implementations, etc.) to Magnite’s DV+ publisher and DSP customers.

The Technical Operations team is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. You must be able to creatively troubleshoot as well as effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients.

In This Role You Will

  • Onboard clients to ensure full potential performance
  • Provide best-in-class technical support to external clients
  • Consult clients on best practices and proactive optimization
  • Identify and implement the most efficient client support processes
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure our DV+ product maintains and develops its best-in-class standing by partnering on reviewing product requirements, feedback, testing, go to market planning, etc.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • 2+ yrs experience, ideally in the Ad Tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A foundational understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, SSPs, DSPs, etc.)
  • The ability to articulate and address complex technical requirements, ideas, and solutions to both technical and commercially-focused partners internally and externally
  • A curiosity and aptitude for working within new technologies
  • A self-motivated mindset; eager to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to proactively recognize and address problems hands-on with team members
  • A high level of comfort in meetings and presentations, presenting new platform functionality and asking questions to better understand publisher needs
  • An inexhaustible drive and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible, team-orientated collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with complex reporting and analysis systems and tools is preferred

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $100,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
