Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Procurement, and Stores.
• Supervise nine direct reports and coordinate staff training.
• Evaluate staff performance and implement disciplinary procedures.
• Supervise the Food Safety Specialist and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP principles.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and management systems.
• Maintain and execute the Global Food Safety program.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proficiency in Office Suite and enterprise systems like SAP.
• Competence in managing maintenance tracking systems.
• Basic IT support skills and ability to advise on IT resource needs.
• Adaptability and Problem Solving
