What will you do in this role?

At Aiwyn, our Implementation team is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization working to deliver a nonpareil experience to our customers and vendors as we work to 1) identify a firm’s needs, 2) establish integrations, and 3) create accurate automation against the customer’s criteria.

In this role, you will primarily be working with representatives from our customer firms to deliver different types of automation and robotic process automation (RPA) projects, acting as the primary lead for interfacing with customers throughout the implementation. We will rely on this person not only for execution but also for planning, new process documentation, and existing process enhancement.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

  • Be responsible for delivery and management of multiple technical integration projects at once
  • Frequently communicating with IT and Operational stakeholders at the firm as we work to integrate their data
  • Maintain and enhance internal documentation as fast as we can learn new things
  • Spotting operational inefficiencies in the life cycle of these technical projects so that we can rapidly evolve
  • Contributing to additional, internal projects to enhance our technical implementation processes to ensure a world-class, cutting-edge implementation experience
  • Work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Engineering/Product, and Marketing teams as each of these teams is integral in the way this service is sold, delivered, and maintained

The ideal candidate candidate for this role:

  • has 3 - 5 years of experience in technical implementation experience
  • is detail oriented and is able to work multiple (10+) concurrent projects at one time
  • has a technical background and has a proven track record of documenting solutions
  • is able to Project Manage (PM) and contribute to technical solution building
  • excels at troubleshooting (connectivity, authentication, general access, etc) and working first-hand with customers to resolve the issues
  • is a strong communicator who can provide high-level executive summaries and granular project plans
  • is familiar with Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDIs), and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Common software used are: Citrix Workspace, Amazon Workspace, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Remote Desktop, OpenVPN, Azure VPN, Etc
  • is familiar with common security practices (multi-factor authentication, IP white-listing, firewall settings, etc)
  • is familiar with REST APIs
  • has experience authenticating, testing, and documenting solutions that require APIs to move data
  • is familiar with web app integrator tools (Zapier, Workato, etc)


Preferable experience also includes:

  • has experience with Google Services (Cloud Run, IAM, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage)
  • has experience with creating and deploying staging environments for testing data solutions (mentioned above)
  • has experience working with third party vendors and building an integrated project plan that includes internal and the third party stakeholders
