Technical Evangelist

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and articulate Technical Evangelist to join our team. As a Technical Evangelist, you will be the voice and face of our technology products and solutions, advocating for their value and benefits to internal and external audiences. Your primary role will be to engage with developers, IT professionals, and industry influencers to educate, inspire, and build a community around our technology. Roles And Responsibilities

• Technology Advocacy and Thought Leadership:
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our technology products, platforms, and solutions.
• Create compelling presentations, demos, and technical content to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our technology.
• Deliver engaging talks, webinars, workshops, and training sessions to developers, IT professionals, and industry stakeholders.
• Community Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, technology enthusiasts, influencers, and community leaders.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, meetups, and forums to promote our technology and engage with the community.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
• Content Creation and Technical Enablement:
• Develop technical content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, and tutorials, to educate and empower our community.
• Create and maintain developer documentation, code samples, and SDKs to support integration and adoption of our technology.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers and customers through forums, social media, and other channels.
• Feedback Collection and Product Advocacy:
• Gather feedback from the community and advocate for enhancements and features that address user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize and influence product roadmap decisions.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and the developer community to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to our technology domain.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and innovations to maintain thought leadership and relevance.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Evangelist, Developer Advocate, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, APIs, cloud platforms, or other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Passion for technology innovation and a deep understanding of developer communities, trends, and ecosystems.
• Experience in public speaking, presenting, and conducting technical workshops or training sessions.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams and organizations.
