Vision:

Ultimately, this is an incubator for AI being trained on an evolved moral compass and ethos to nudge humans and move the needle on relating differently (while solving for a real-world problem and pressing need). This is the first use case and application.

What’s being built: 

P2P SEL skill-building network assisted by the first AI with rules of engagement that rewards behavior through an action-oriented approach. It addresses loneliness and supports self-actualization during life transitions, especially for neurodivergent individuals. 

This platform offers a judgment-free, brave space with stages of comfort and anonymity, helping users unmask, authentically relate, build resilience, and practice social and emotional skills in community. Beyond connecting users, it equips them with tools for deeper relationships and real-world interactions. Our AI, trained on private data with an ethical compass, will provide guided and gamified experiences. 

Who we're looking for:

Dynamic, multidimensional, multidisciplinary technologist who(m): 

- can build and guide execution on MVP +v1 + future 

- can build out sustainable engineering best practices

- people want to work with and be led by 

- operates from the ethos of the organizational culture we build out 

Ideally, a full-stack(ish) engineer deep into ML/AI, DS, and/or platform with web/mobile app development and UX/UI experience. Essentially, a unicorn. 🦄 

Remote-first, ideally within the same time zone and general region.
