We are currently seeking a skilled Product Business Analyst to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will collaborate with a Fortune 15 healthcare client, working alongside top-tier professionals to define, develop, and test strategies that directly impact our bottom line. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market and business research to translate needs into prioritized feature sets.
Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and create high-level user stories or Epics for release planning.
Collaborate closely with the design team to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.
Prioritize requirements and develop conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
Ensure system designs align with end-user needs.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
Support testing efforts and participate in Sprint Planning and Reviews.
Provide content and educational support for new releases.
Assist the Product team in creating and prioritizing backlog requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry or software company; prior software development or Business Analyst experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, work independently, and drive results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile principles is required.
Exceptional follow-up and follow-through capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach to collaborating within and across teams.
Experience creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
Ability to perform Gap Analysis and apply analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
Capacity to work effectively in a team environment and potentially lead others.
